guest16589	This apartment is new total 1507 ft^2, have 3 rooms (193ft^2, 150 ft^2,139ft^2) and another big living room (365 ft^2), 2 bath room (each 55ft^2), kitchen (90 ft^2), 2 balcony (60 ft^2, 30 ft^2). That is a safety place, have culture neighbors most of them working in university, nice environment, common security management, safety metal door. It is close to several commercial centre, Bank, local park, restaurant, massage, food market and construction market . It locate in north of Beijing , so is not far get to Great Wall, Summer Place, compare with down town the air have much better. Specially it is very close to Olympics Centre 10 minutes by car. Convenience transportation 5 minutes walk to City Train station, also have many autobus lines can get to every where. City Train each 7 minutes have a pass, only take 20 minutes can get to down town Chao Yang District at Dong Zhi Men or Hai Dian District at Xi Zhi Men. The city train is connect with metro, easy exchange with all the metro underground net. Now I am living in Canada as a Permanent Resident, I am owner of the apartment. I can speak fluently English and some French .I also provide other service such as breakfast, dinner, guide in trip, introduce Beijing history landscape, go to old Beijing sights. I welcome the company, family or personal sharing rent it, can take long term or short term rental at least 1 month. After you connect me I will tell you the rent and detail. Preconditions is the tenants must be a honest and responsibility person.
