Do you like Chinese preserved pork (La Rou 腊肉)?In Hunan, Hubei and many other provinces in South China, the locals prefer to make La Rou. It's more tasty than fresh meat.

It is delicious. But don't have it too much if you don't want to get high blood because it is too salty.

I love it, had some in Hunan earlier this year and even brought some home. Going back to Hunan and Hubei next month.
