Do you like sweetened garlic

I am wondering if you have Steamed Bread Dipped In Mutton or Beef Soup. While having it, sweetened garlic is served. My friends told me they really liked the sweetened garlic but couldn't make them. Now here comes the recipe.

Materials: vinegar (4 jin), fresh garlic (6 jin), black sugar (200 grams) and salt (2 tablespoons).

Step 1 Shell the skin of the garlic.

Step 2 Cut off the root.

Step 3 Soak the garlic in clean water for one night and make them dry.

Step 4 Boil vinegar, black sugar and salt till boling.

Step 5 Put garlic in the vessel.

Step 6 Cool down vinegar and add it into the vessel.

Step 7 Seal the vessel (make sure that all garlics soaked in the vinegar).

Note: 1 jin = 500 grams.

If the flavour is too heavy, just add boiled water.
