A real job?
Feb 22, 2008 06:00
guest14252 I have a g/friend who lives in Macau, she was working in the UK but has gone home to be with her children, she tells me that she now has a job which seems to involve accompanying a wealthy man to the casinos & sits next to him advising on how much to bet etc. She says that is all it involves, she goes with another girl, is always home in the evenings & says she is paid $200 a day only. She says that the man is married & is not looking for anything from her other than a chat whilst gambling? Is this a chiese thing, or should I be suspicious?? Help!

Sounds like a host/hostess job; only thing is it is in a casino, not in a club. Their job is to chat, pour drinks and entertain their clients. Some of them are strict on this, just purely business, some are not. It depends on the hosts/hostesses and their negotiations. Only you know your girl so only you can know if you can trust her.
