Planning For a 5D4N HK Trip

Heard these are the few places of interest:
- Ocean Park
- Lantau Island
- Wax Museum
- Victoria Peak
- Victoria Harbour
- Lan Kwai Fong
- Avenue of stars
- Mid-level escalator
- Aberdeen
- Stanley Market
- Nathan Road
- Wong Tai Sin Temple

Wow! Thats quite a list given that I only have 5D4N!!

Need some help here. My family consist of 7 adults and 2 kids. How would you cover the above places of interest??? And where are the MUST and OPTIONAL places to go???
