Prices and Sale Volume of Guangzhou House Drops Dramatically

News from Xinhua News Agency, in January 2008, the average price for new houses was CNY9766/square meters, CNY 820 cheaper than that the last month. The sale volume are only half of that of the past month last year.

Will the House become cheaper in the future? I wonder. Is it wise to buy it now or wait for cheaper ones? Wondering :-) :-(
