My room is about 45 square meters. 1bedroom,kitchen ,washroom.with all furnishings and electrica appliance.built in 2004.very clean and more sunshine.and have internet access..24hour hot water, elevator and safety manage. supermarket and shops and a lot of western style restaurants nearby I can drive you visit Beijing such as THE GREAT WALL ,FORBIDDEN CITY,ect in weekend and guide you taste beijing's delicious foods. Location: within 4th eastern circle of Beijing. 15km from the National Stadium (the Bird Nest).10-minutes walk to subway Line1. DAWANGLU subwaye station.It's very convenience to take subwaye to THE BIRD NEST. Transportation: You could also rent my personal car, if you need. but Beijing transportation is not what you can image, suggest by taxi. Price: 500-1000 $US per month depend on the date you asked.
