Dragon's Backbone or Yuanyang ?

I will like to hear your opinion as to which of these 2 is the better place to visit for rice terraces. In terms of scenery and convenience.

A search through guidebooks seems equal.

Have only been to Yuanyang, last month. Didn't really manage to see anything due to extremely thick fog that limited visibility to less than 5m most of the time. If you're not staying long in this area, you'll need to be lucky with the weather!
