Tofu with seafood

Materials: Scallop, shrimps, tofu, minced garlic and caraway.

Seasonings: Salt, sugar, starch, water and oyster oil.

Step 1 Cut tofu into dices and boil them in salty water for a while. Use salt, sugar, oyster oil, starch and water to make sauce.

Step 2 Add salt and pepper to the mixture of shrimps and scallop and mix them well.

Step 3 Preheat some edible oil, fry scallop and shrimps and then add tofu dices in. Then add some cooking wine and spread some sauce over the mixture.
