Materials: spinach (200 grams), pumpkin (200 grams), cucumber (1/2), mushroom (250 grams), dried fish (16 grams), dried chili (5) and some onion.

Seasonings: edible oil (3 tablespoons), shrimp paste (1 tablespoon), soybean sauce (1/2 tablespoon), white sugar (1/6 tablespoon) and salt (1/5 tablespoon).


Step 1 Wash spinarch, cut off the root and then cut them into parts. Get rid off the seed and the skin of the pumpkin and then cut them into dices. Shell the onion and cut it into two pieces.

Step 2 Cut mushroom into two pieces and cucumber into dices.

Step 3 Pre-heat three tablespoons edible oil, fry onion shreds and fry dried fishes and red chili. Then add 3 bowls of water.

Step 4 Add one tablespoon shrimp paste in and boil the mixture together with a cover. After boiling, boil with small fire for 5 minutes.

Step 5 Add pumpkin, cucumber and mushroom in and boil with big fire. After boiling, boil with small fire for 10 minutes.

Step 6 Add 1/2 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/6 tablespoon white sugar and 1/5 tablespoon salt and mix them well. Then add spinarch in and boil till the spinarch is ripe.
