Now there is 2 bedrooms can be provided to tourists as homtel and each bedroom is of around 14 sqaure meters. Free service provided: tea food, washing machine, broadband surfing, queen size bed, air-condition and bathroom only for guests. There is a large activity area for the guests to rest themselves (including 2 living rooms which cover 45 square meters and the balcony of 10 square meters). Living area of near 10,000 square meters Greenland and equipped with a lot of exercising equipment. Safeguards patrol in the living area around clock. It is very quiet in the area and there is no noise as in hotels. It takes 15 minutes from the apartment to the Metro station by shuttle bus. Additionally, house owner can provide free car picking up and dropping off to metro station for the guests. It is very convenient to reach to the senerary spots like Shanghai Museum,the Bund, Lu Jia Zui,Xin Tian Di,etc by metro.
