guest41143	Hi all, I'm looking to rent out a double room within my 3-bedroom flat in August. Preferably a non-smoker but if you do smoke, would appreciate it if you open the window. The room comes with either twin beds or a double bed depending on your request, a closet, a desk and chairs. The apartment is about 135 sq meters. There's a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one in the master bedroom) and a balcony. Internet access is available for free and you may use my computer if you don't have a laptop.
