| Materials: fresh mushroom (40 grams), black mushroom (40 grams), cucumber (40 grams), carrot (40 grams), tomato (40 grams), broccoli (40 grams), young corn spear (40 grams), Chinese water chestnut (40 grams), lettuce (40 grams), ginger and some starch. Seasonings: edible oil (50 grams), ginger sauce, soup-stock (thin soup), pepper (1 teaspoon), salt (1 teaspoon) and MSG (1 teaspoon). How to make it: Step 1 Cut mushroom and black mushroom into sectorial pattern. Step 2 Take off the skin of the tomato and cut them into rhombus slices. Shell ginger and cut them into serrations. Split broccoli into small pieces. Step 3 Cut young corn spear into sections, peel Chinese water chestnut and lettuce into balls. Step 4 Quick-boil the stuffs in boiling water. Step 5 Pre-heat some edible oil and add all stuffs and thin soup in and fry them together for a while. Then add some starchy water in. |
