There is a living room, large kitchen diner, utility room (washing machine). Throughout the apartment a hot water solar system is provided together with under floor heating and air conditioning. All rooms have high speed wireless ADSL internet. Our friendly Chinese maid comes in daily for cleaning duties including laundry. Authentic evening Chinese meal (on occasions we cook western food) is available if you require. Our home is conveniently located in Wu Jiao Chang, within a "real" middle class Chinese residential area in the northeast of downtown Shanghai. Just a 15 minute walking distance to Wal-Mart hypermarket, Starbucks, authentic Chinese food restaurants together with Japanese and European food restaurants. A 5 minute walk will lead to Metro line 8, street food and a wet market. Three quiet and large parks nearby. The nearest, which has a large lake, is a 10 minute stroll away. A five minute walk to metro line 8, close to Wu Jiao Chang commercial and business centre and all major universities FuDan, TongJi and the Foreign Language University. To share with friendly bi-cultural family (English Husband and native born Shanghai Chinese wife) with 2 extremely well behaved children (3 and 6yrs old). My wife and I are English teachers in our 30's and we are both non smokers and have NO pets. Non-smoker preferred and initial 3 month contract will be offered to the suitable tenant.
