Can you identify the submarine?

It is said that this pic is photographed by Google Earth Satellit. A Canadian man says that it is a nuke submarine. He says he can even identify the weakness of this marine by viewing the photo. Is it the Chinese Sub-marine 094 or O92? Do you guys know them?

Sorry, I can't. I am a layman in terms of military techniques! LOL! I think it is an advantage that women know few about military. One of my friends of opposite sex told me that " men usually don't like those women who talked too much about wars and military schemes because men don't want women to be as sophisticated as them. Wars and military often made people hostile and sophisticated.
