I will be traveling with a friend to China in April. • We will arrive in Shanghai Saturday 26th April. • We want to fly to Lijiang or Kunming Monday 28th April. • We want to explore Yunan (Lijiang, Shangri-La..etc) and reach Lhasa Monday May 5th.( 7 days) • Spend 2 nights in Lhasa and fly to Beijing Wednesday 7th May. Sat 26/4: arrive Shanghai Sun 27/4: Shanghai Mon 28/4: fly Shanghai -- Kunming Tue 29/4: Kunming, fly/bus Kunming -- Lijiang Wed-Fri 30/4-2/5: Lijiang & Tiger Leaping Gorge Sat-Sun 3-4/5: Zhongdian (Shangri-La) Mon-Wed 5-7/5: Lhasa Wed 7/5: fly Lhasa -- Beijing

GUEST22216	Thanks for the reply Ellyse. I didn't think about the climatisation. With the amount of time I have do you recommend an alternative route? maybe skip Kunming and arrive to Lhasa earlier?
