I need a help

guest82950 I will be in Shanghai on 26th of March for 11 days, and I'm planning to visit Hanghzou and Ningbo. I would like to know which one of the mentioned places are much more attractive, specially for young people and which one is cheaper than the other.
my second question is this how can I get there ( the cheapest way to travel to Hanghzou and Ningbo from Shanghai)
3. If I want to go to Ningbo or Hangzhou by boat is it possible and logic? how much is the boat fair per person and how can I buy the ticket?

No boat services to either place from Shanghai.
Hangzhou is probably more worthwhile, and it's also much closer.
Cheapest way to get there? Walk or cycle. :P Yeah right. Sorry, probably not the cheapest way but IMHO the best way to get there would be by the D trains. Note that Shanghai and Hangzhou both have more than 1 train station. I would recommend going from Shanghai South train station to Hangzhou main train station. The former is newer, cleaner and easier to find your way around; the latter is closer to downtown and the sights.

Don't know what you consider "near" but it's about 12 km away by road.
D train costs 54 RMB for 2nd-class and 64 RMB for 1st-class.
These trains are extremely popular so I would definitely recommend buying in advance.
Theoretically you can get the return ticket in Shanghai as well but these are actually not very easy to buy unless you buy like 10 days in advance when they first go on sale. Most difficult are tickets for Sunday and Friday.

There is no official online ticketing for the Chinese railway. Online agencies charge an arm and a leg so I never recommend those.
