![]() | You must spend energy to get energy. Join a gym, or start a physical fitness program on your own ( meaning, without a formal gym environment ). The benefits of a sustained, regular exercise program have been extremely well documented. All it takes is about 4 x 30 minute sessions each week. Not only will you eat better, you will have more energy during the day, and you will sleep better at night. Plus, you will like your new you, since you will either lose weight OR gain it, in the form of stronger, leaner muscle mass. Give it a try. Remember to start slow, and increase your output regularily. In about three months ( the beginning of June ), stand back, take a look in the mirror, and admire yourself haha. You WILL see results. Good luck. |

![]() | An exercise program is truly useful in building energy.... ...but you may need to find that one thing you really love to do and do it more often. |

![]() | Guestlife, I think that your friend was right. It seems that your life is very boring, getting up, working in the office and getting back home. You just repeat these things day after day. No wonder you feel very tired. Nothing makes you feel excited. To solve this problem, you should find some other things that you really love to do as Griz suggested. After work, you can go to a bar with your workmates for relaxing or join a body building programme. Then you won't feel tired and bored. |

![]() | I think you are getting burned out. Here's what I do: Sleep – I can take on anything as long as I have enough sleep. Balanced diet – enough said. Exercise – makes me feel light, prevents drag, clears my mind, very energizing, sometimes I feel like I have too much energy that I am bouncing around! ^_^ Hobbies & Interests – gives me that break from the usual routine. There is more to life than just working, eating and sleeping. |
