guest45772	Hello there. We have a 3-bedroom flat that we'd like to rent out in August. Either renting a room or whole flat is fine with us. It is fully furnished with the regular furniture and appliances. You are free to use the kitchen for preparing meals and the washing machine for laundry, as well as the computer for internet connection. The nearest subway is about 1.5KM away but we're willing to provide transport. The master bedroom comes with an attached private bathroom and it accommodates up to 3 adults. The other two smaller rooms are double rooms and they share a bathroom. The master bedroom is EURO 95/room/night totally negotiable if you're staying more than a week.
