| GUEST01136 | ok no problem,i have one room in tianhe with internet connection,everything just in 1 st floor,new building,need 5 mins walk for getting any bus,just one station to kangding,tianshoulu,tianhe beilu,you can contact here for me.Price 70 dollars ok for me-have kitchen,bathroom,everything-two rooms,bed -but no tv,if you want internet connection ,i can leave my connection for you.contact soon as its going to be taken by other students. |

| hi, think you could help me? i need to buy an apartment in guangzhou. any place near the Train station, bus station? i fall in love with guangzhou last year which i visited 4 times! my budget is around RMB 400,000. think i can get a 2 bedroom for this price right now? i love shopping in bejing lu, tianhe cheng, etc. i am presently working in indonesia and estimate to be transfer to guangzhou in 2 years time. what is the minimum downpayment of a new apartment? what is the minmum downpayment of a second hand apartment? for singapore, it is minimum 20% and the rest is loan. need advice, thanks. |

| sorry no loan...sorry.after you buy an apartment,you can take 70 percent loan from bank but not before you buy or during process of buying,as far as i know a stranger should absoluetly pay 100 percent in guangzhou as noone will give you on 80 percent remaining cash....if you wanna be lucky ,youcan try but chances are rare |

| rmb400k cant get u a newer and closer to tianhe apt - and since u r not even working in guangzhou, there's no way u can take a loan |
