Good Location: In the same street where the Olympic village and park located. Clearly see the windows of the athlete apartments from my balcony. About 20 minutes walk to the National Stadium and the National Aquatics Center and 5 minutes walk to the bus station\10 minutes to the Metro. Inside of an academe, secure and quiet. Comfort apartment: 70m2, 8th of 14 floors, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen; with all new necessary furnishes (Two double beds, Gas cooker, Residential gas water heater, Microwave oven, Air conditioner, Washing machine, Refrigerator, TV, Washing machine, and free Internet Access). Fees: 200 USD per day for renting, 20 days at least, pay in once ahead renting. The earlier the better. ( 2 ) A big apartment close to metro station of line 10 connecting the Olympic centre. Big space of 180m2; A big living room of 40m2; Three bed rooms; Two bathrooms; One Kitchen with all cooking equipments; With all new necessary office equipments(6 office desks and a small meeting table;3 telephone connection; Fax machine; Internet access; Air conditioners for every room); 23rd floor of 28. Location: aside of 3rd Ring Road, 5minutes walking to metro station of line 10; lots of restaurants and banks around. Very close to Beijing Panjiayuan Collection Market. 24 hours security for the section and the building. It’s Convenient, comfortable and secure.
