![]() | A survey conducted by a famous job website shows that the annual income in the second half of 2007 has reached 40073, increasing by 6.75 percent compared with the same period in 2006, which is higher that CPI. However, the ordinary people doubt if the result of the survey is reliable. Many people say that their salaries haven't been increased. On contrary, the prices of food and other products have increased very fast. Thus, some people suggest strongly that salary should keep pace with CPI growth. However, some guys have different opinions on this matter. In their opinion, salary shouldn't be linked with CPI. Although the CPI has increased and has had adverse effect on people's livelihood, it shouldn't have been taken as an excuse for salary increase. What are your views?
