DoesTrain from Beijing to Qingao workstill as Ihave heard that Train station isunderrenovation.
Please also let me know charges and can Ibook Online?

No, trains are now diverted to Sifang and Cangkou train stations which're a little further out from the downtown area. Sifang is nearer than Cangkou. Go to http://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/ to check details.
There's no official online ticketing system for the Chinese railway. Online agencies for this service charge an arm and a leg so I never recommend them.
