| Materials: Wanton pastry (20), minced pork (172 grams) and minced spring scallion (1 tablespoon). Marinade: 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder and 1 tablespoon starch. Seasonings: 3 tablespoons red chili oil, 2 tablespoons soybean sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 1 tablespoon salt. Step1 Put minced pork in a bowl, add 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon starch and 2 tablespoons water in and stir clockwise and then marinade for 15 minutes. |

| Well, it is called 红油抄手 in Chinese. I don't understand why it is called 抄手. To my understanding, it has no difference with 馄饨. |
