Materials: Wanton pastry (20), minced pork (172 grams) and minced spring scallion (1 tablespoon).

Marinade: 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder and 1 tablespoon starch.

Seasonings: 3 tablespoons red chili oil, 2 tablespoons soybean sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 1 tablespoon salt.

Step1 Put minced pork in a bowl, add 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon starch and 2 tablespoons water in and stir clockwise and then marinade for 15 minutes.

Step 3 Add 3 tablespoons red chili oil, 2 tablespoons soybean sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 1 tablespoon minced spring scallion and then stir the mixture well.

Step 4 After the water is boiling, add 1 tablespoon salt in, and put wantons in and boil with big fire. After boiling, add some cool water in. When boiling again, take wantons out and put them in the bowl.

Well, it is called 红油抄手 in Chinese. I don't understand why it is called 抄手. To my understanding, it has no difference with 馄饨.
