Why don' t you google the subject? In China, there is an organization similar to Forbes. The organization is named Hurun ( 胡润）. Every year, it releases a report about China's philanthropists and their donations. You can follow this link http://www.hurun.net/listen61.aspx to read the Hurun Report 2007 China Philanthropy List. Hope it can help you.
