guestpengxwcn	My husband and me lived in Beijing and both work for famous European international company. We have been to Europe for business trip for many times. We have two apartments in Beijing and I plan to rent them during Beijing-2008 Olympic Games. If you want to rent my apartment for a long time, it's more than welcome. If any questions/concerns, please be free to let me know. These two apartments are closed to each other. Both of them lie in Wangjing, Chaoyang District, Beijing China. Many foreigners are living here. The environment is quiet and pleasant, with super market, shopping malls, restaurants, park and famous Beijing united family hospital which is special for foreigners in the neighborhood. They both are about 7km away by road (or about 5.7 km by direct distance) from the Bird's Nest buildings and Water Cube Buildings. And they are very closed to 13th subway and north 4-ring road. Easy traffic, taxi, bus and subway can get you to anywhere you would like to visit. Below is the instruction of my apartment: Apartment A: [Price] 70 Euro/night (at least 20 nights) or 2000 Euro/month during Beijing-2008 Olympic Games. Pay all once and earnest under discussion, or at least pay half as subscription. [Structure] The whole buildings was built in 2001. 4th floor of total 24. 81.74 square meters total. 2 bedrooms, both towards south, wooden floor. 2 terraces, both towards south. 1 kitchen 1 bathroom 1 living room The rooms contains microwave oven, air conditioners, refrigerator, television, washing machine and comfortable bed. Most of them (including the bed) are totally new and never used before. Besides, there are some other simple furniture. [Addition] Free services as below: Air ticket and rail ticket booking Money exchange restaurant comment Tourist guide can be provided with very good oral English during weekend. Apartment B: [Price] 200 Euro/night (at least 20 nights) or 5000 Euro/month during Beijing-2008 Olympic Games. Pay all once and earnest under discussion, or at least pay half as subscription. [Structure] The whole building was built in 2004. 3rd floor of total 9. 114 square meters. 2 bedrooms,wooden floor. One towards South, one towards North. 1 living room towards South , wooden floor. 2 bathrooms. 1 with bathtub + shower, 1 with only shower. 1 big open kitchen towards North. All completely superfine furnished. 2 terraces, one towards North, one towards South. The Windows towards South are very big and down to the ground, the rooms are lightful. [Furniture] 2 liquid crystal TV sets, one of 42 inch (in living room), one of 37 inch (in bigger bed room). 3 air conditions, one in living room, two in each bed rooms. American A.O.Smith water heater provide 24H hot water. European Electrolux Gas cooker. 2 comfortable mattress imported from America. (1.5m*2.0m each) LG Washing machine. Microwave oven. Refrigerator.
