You might start with research on books pertaining to "arms dealers" and their role in how wars are started and what part they played in supplying the countries (even both sides at the same time). Another angle would be the profits made from an increase in "illegal drugs" that result from the "supposed" freeing of the people from oppression i.e. China's Opium War(?), the Viet Nam War, Afghanistan, South and Central American conflicts. |

![]() | Probably the country with the biggest net gain from war was the U.S. after WW2 as it was the main creditor nation to other countries that were rebuilding from the destruction. How much of this debt was collected , I have no idea, as much was written off. This propelled the U.S. economy thru the mid 1970's, but from that time forward the the labor force has declined in prosperity. |
