Moving from KL to Xiamen

I will be moving to Xiamen mid next month for employment. Currently have little knowledge of this city except those info available in this website/forum. Appreciate if anyone of you could help me by providing some guidance before my arrival.

1. Family will be joining me once I'm settled. My son is aged 4. I intend to place him to international kindergarden in Xiamen. Any recommendation to me??

2. Are there many large shopping complex in Xiamen and mainly locating in which location??

I found the information you need, hope it's not too late!

1. There is a famous kindergarten in local place called Little Golden Star International Kindergarten. You may visit their bilingual website: http://www.littlegoldenstar.com/en/index.htm

2. Zhongshan Road is a good shopping place. There are hundreds department stores, restaurants, theaters along the street, on both sides of road.
For purchasing commodity, two
Wal-mart Supermarket can be found at:
1). No.878 Xia He Road, International Trade Center
2). juncture of Fu Xia Road and Xian Yue Road, SM Commercial Center,

Hello,
just read your email and I hope you can help me, because I am in the same situation as you was several month ago. We will move to Xiamen in september and I want my children to go to the international kindergarden. Unfortunately the kindergarden homepage does not give me all the information. Did you arrive to give your children to the kindergarden?
