| Materials: grass carp fillets (310 grams), fresh orange (120 grams), two eggs and cornmeal (50 grams). Seasonings: a bowl of edible oil, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon starch. Step 1 Get rid of the bones of grass carp, cut it into fillets (each about 15 cm wide), add 1/3 tablespoon salt in and mix it well with fillets. Then merinade for 15 minutes. Mix 1/2 tablespoon starch with two tablespoons water. |
