Juicy fish fillets

Materials: grass carp fillets (310 grams), fresh orange (120 grams), two eggs and cornmeal (50 grams).

Seasonings: a bowl of edible oil, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon starch.

Step 1 Get rid of the bones of grass carp, cut it into fillets (each about 15 cm wide), add 1/3 tablespoon salt
in and mix it well with fillets. Then merinade for 15 minutes. Mix 1/2 tablespoon starch with two tablespoons water.

Step 2 Beat two eggs in a bowl, add some cornmeal and water and stir the mixture well.

Step 3 Mix the mixture of egg and cornmeal with fillets and turn over the fillets to make sure that they are wrapped with the mixture.

Step 4 Dip all fillets in cornmeal.

Step 5 Pre-heat one bowl of edible oil and fry all fillets till their surfaces turn golden.

Step 6 Pre-heat some edible oil and add fresh orange in and then put starchy water in.

Step 7 Pour orange juice over the grass carp fillets.
