Chicken Wings with Tangerine Peel

Materials: 6 chicken wings, tangerine peel (30 grams), ginger and spring scallion.

Marinade: soyabean sauce (1tablespoon), edible oil (1/2 tablespoon), cooking wine (1 tablespoon), starch (1 tablespoon), chicken powder (1/3 tablespoon) and ginger.

Seasongins: 1 bowl of edible oil, 1/2 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/3 tablespoon sesame oil.

Step 1 Soak tangerine peel in boiled water, make a cut on the back of the chicken wings (don't cut it into two parts), Cut the stalk of the spring scallion into sections and mince the leaves.

Step 2 Put all chicken wings in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/2 tablespoon edible oil, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon starch, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder and two ginger slices and mix them well. Then marinade for 15 minutes.

Step 3 Pre-heat a bowl of edible oil, put all chicken wings in and fry them.

Step 4 Quick-fry spring scallion sections, ginger slices and tangerine peel in edible oil. Then put chicken wings in and stir-fry for one minute. Finally, pour tangerine peel water in and boil chicken wings.

Step 5 Add 1/2 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/3 tablespoon sesame oil and 1/3 tablespoon salt and then stir-fry them together. Finally, stew with a cover for 5 minutes.

Step 6 Put minced spring scallion in and stir-fry them together.
