| Materials: 6 chicken wings, tangerine peel (30 grams), ginger and spring scallion. Marinade: soyabean sauce (1tablespoon), edible oil (1/2 tablespoon), cooking wine (1 tablespoon), starch (1 tablespoon), chicken powder (1/3 tablespoon) and ginger. Seasongins: 1 bowl of edible oil, 1/2 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/3 tablespoon sesame oil. |

| Step 1 Soak tangerine peel in boiled water, make a cut on the back of the chicken wings (don't cut it into two parts), Cut the stalk of the spring scallion into sections and mince the leaves. |

| Step 2 Put all chicken wings in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/2 tablespoon edible oil, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon starch, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder and two ginger slices and mix them well. Then marinade for 15 minutes. |
