Materials: Chinese yam (200 grams), Lotus root (150 grams) and Laurel blossom (50 grams).

Seasonings: rock sugar (50 grams) and 5 bowls of water.

Step 1 Peel the lotus root and slice them and soak lotus root slices in water.

Step 2 Slice Chinese yam and wash yam slices in water and then soak them in water.

Step 3 Add 5 bowls of water in the boiler and put lotus root slices in and boil them. After boiling, boil for 20 minutes will gentle heat.

Step 6 Add rock sugar in. When it melts, that is ok.
