The detail information is as follows: Location: Intersection of KeHui Road and LinCui Road 50 meters away from Olympic Game Village 1.5 km away from the main Olympic Game Stadium (The Bird’s Nest Olympic Stadium) It takes you 5 minutes and USD 1.5 (about 10RMB) if you take taxi to the Bird’s Nest Stadium from the apartment Room Description: The building in 2000, about 100 square meters, the 17th floor (total 18 floors), New furniture and Electronics, Satellite TV program, 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen with a two balcony and all completely superfine furnished (natural gas, cooker, Microwave oven, air condition, refrigerator, Television, Washing machine, and High speed Internet Access, gas water heater, Bath despot), fully decorated for floorboard and wall, bath equipment, phone, security. It's especially suitable for one family to live. I have two beds (one 2.5 meter ×2.5 meter, one 2.0 meter ×2.5 meter size), so 3~4 people will be perfect. And we can add 1~2 mattress, so the maximum number will be 6. The charges (Price Negotiable): Olympic Game period August 1~~September 31: USD 500 / day Accept short term lease (1-2months) during Olympic, at least 20 days during Olympic (starting from August 1, 2008). If you rent for more than one month, 400 USD per day. 50% down payment is required after rental contract is signed. Money order and wire transfer is preferred.
