Nihao!

I know its been brought up here before and i know that the timing is probably the worse BUT i just have to visit Lhasa this augost 2008!

Why? Becoz i will get married and we will have kids and life will not be the same, nore travelling around!

So, i and my future wife are planning to do Lhasa either this summer and need to know where we can get this permit. How many ways can u get to Tibet by land whitin China? Or is it easier from Katmandu???

We just need 3 nights in Lhasa! I always stay away from travel agencies as much as i can so if anyone dones it on their own, please help!

It deoends where are you from ,where are you now?If you are in china better go from here rather than kathmandu.From kathmandu it will be a tough task as due to some recent incidents its tight.But all deoends on your nationality.Am free these days contact me,i will surely help you to get the ways for it from china.

With recent events in Tibet, I can see the possibility of more travel restrictions on foreigners going there.
