| Materials: beef (206 grams), bean vermicelli (50 grams), half a red pepper, 12 red chilli and 1 scallion. Marinade: 1 tsb seafood soybean sauce, 1/2 tsb edible oil, 1 tsb starch and 1 tsb cooking wine. Seasonings: 1 bowl of edible oil, 1 tsb rice vinegar, 1/2 tsb starch, 1/3 tsb chicken powder, 1/5 tsb white sugar, 1 tsb garlic powder and chilli paste an 1/6 tsb salt. |

| Step 1 Chop red chili, mince the scallion, mix 1/2 tsb starch with 3 tsb water. Cut bean vermicelli into sections. |

| Step 2 Slice the beef. Mix 1 tsb seafood soybean sauce, 1/2 tsb edible oil, 1 tsb starch and 1 tsb cooking wine with beef slices and marinade for 15 minutes. |

| Step 3 Pre-heat a bowl of edible oil, fry bean vermicelli and then take it out. |

| Step 4 Quick-fry red chilli, minced red pepper and scallion and then add beef slices in and stir-fry the mixture together. |
