Trans Mogolian Express early June Trains

Because of the Olympics travel agancies can't buy tickets to sell. It seems that you have to go to the station to buy the tickets yourself. So I want to know:

1. How can I buy 3 tickets 1 for me and 2 for my 2 friends?
2. When do they start selling tickets for the June 11 train?
3. I'll be in Beijing around May 4th. Will they have already run out of tickets by then?
4. Although I will be in China by May 4th, my friends won't get there until June. Can I buy tickets for them if I have a photo copy of their passports?

Please, any advice would be helpful.

You won't be able to get them at the train station, duh. Only through agencies.

GUEST37134 As I said already. The agencies can't sell tickets during the months of June, July, and August because of the Olympics.

Gist of my answer is, you can't get them at the train station yourself neither can the agencies get them until the deadline rolls around. Get it?

GUEST47100 Wow Ellyse, you basically just gave Lovetrav the same information that he/she gave in his/her question!

Love: The tickets will go on sale about 3 days before the departure date. You can buy tickets for a small amount of people, but you will need their passport information. I know this because I myselve want to buy tickets and I have a friend who works at a travel agency.
