Can anyone advise is there any bus transportation from Zhuhai to Panyu directly or need to take transfer from Guangzhou? If yes, please provide the bus station location and the route and the cost! Thanks a lot!

You can take long distance bus at Qiguan Bus Station (岐关车站) near Gongbei Border or Xiangzhou Xinhe Bus Station(香洲信禾汽车站). It costs around 60 RMB and takes about 2 to hours.

Xinhe Bus Station is located on No.142 Zijing Road in Xiangzhou(香洲紫荆路142号).

Wow, it's late for you but no bus frm Guangzhou to Zhuhai at 0130am, the earliest one is 0550am. you'd better stay one night in Guangzhou and go to Zhuhai next day.

You could take a bus from Gongbei Bus station to reach Guangzhou. There are many buses operating everyday. But they arrive at different bus stations in Guangzhou, I'm not sure which one you will drop off. If you know it, maybe I could point out the direction to your hotel from the bus station.
