| As the news reports, Chinese shares has rebounded sharply. The Shenzhen Component Index has increased by 2.26 percent. The Shanghai Composite Index has surged above 3800 points. Yesterday, the central bank just announced to raise the reseve ratio by 0.5 percent, reaching 15.5 percent. I wonder if this move has boosted the share market. Some analysts conclude that this move has shown the government's dertermination to save the stock market. What's more, Premier Wen Jiabao told the newpapers during a news conference that the central government has been paying attention to the slide in the stock market for a while and will adopt some measures to boost the stock market if the situation is emergent. This has strengthened the market's confidence, pushing shares up on a large scale. However, some analysts warn that these investors shouldn't be too optimistic about the market. Perhaps, it will vanish as soon as it appears. How do you view the prospect of Chinese mainland stock market? Is the surge just a fleeting show? |
