There's no direct transport.
I found some information that says there's a bus from Guangzhou airport to Zhaoqing, from where there're hourly buses to Wuzhou. However I can't find any other information about the Guangzhou airport -- Zhaoqing bus.
Perhaps better to take airport shuttle no.1 to Guangzhou main train station (16 RMB) then walk to the provincial long-distance bus station beside it. From there you can find long-distance buses to Wuzhou, around 100-110 RMB, hourly 0740--2010, journey time about 4.5-5 hours.
