I think most of us did at some point. I’m probably on the middle ground. If it’s not a matter of importance, I let it slide. I don’t let it bother me. If it is something that I strongly believe in or something that’s going to be worse in the future, I speak my mind, in a good way though. No sire, I will say what I feel. Better make things clear now than make it bigger and worse later. At work, I do my best not to offend people while at the same time point out or making sure the job gets done.

"In workplace, the "meanest fighter" is disguised under apperance of coward and usually lack of enough skills for well controlling what she/he cope with. Therefore, joining two groups at the same time is the only way to survive. I agree many of us don't want to be."


OMG! No wonder I was called a tiger at work more than a couple of times. O_o
