guestkarlos	Hi everdybody! I am a spanish engineering student who is going to Chongqing to do a traineeship from september to october 2008. I am studying chinese since january 2008 (I have very basic knowledge of mandarin). What I would want to know is if anyone has an idea about some academies or universities where I can do an intensive course of mandarin in Chongqing during july and august. I have searched on the Internet but I don't find anything! Thanks a lot for your help!

Hi Karlos,
There are several Universities here that offer language programmes but I'm not sure about during the holiday period. I will ask a couple of friends if they can make inquiries for you and post the information for you.

Perhaps another member can help out with relevant information or you could try posting to the CQ EXpat website forum where many more of the locals are active.
