Only 15-minutes walk, or 3 minutes taxi (10 RMB) to shopping mall (Long De Square), with Carrefour inside, you can buy whatever you need there. 3. There are AMT near the apartment building, and many banks around shopping mall, including Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China construction bank, Agricultural Bank of China et al. Rent: Olympic Game period August 1~Aug 31: (1) US$480 / day , including water, gas, electric etc. (2) Accept short term lease (1month) during Olympic, at least 15 days during Olympic (starting from August 1, 2008). 50% down payment is required after rental contract is signed.
