Oyster and pork blood soup

Materials: oysters( add some cooking wine and marinad in cooking starch made from potatoes or cassava for a while), pork blood (cut it into dices and quick-boil in boiling water), pakchoi cabbage, bean sprouts, minced garlic and spring scallion.

Seasonings: two to three bowls of thin soup, brittle bean butter with chilli oil, soy sauce mash, chilli powder, soy bean sauce, sesame oil, cooking wine and aromatic vinegar.

Method:

Pre-heat sesame oil, fry pepper, minced garlic and brittle bean butter together. Then add thin soup, pork bood dices, bean sprouts, pakchoi cabbage, soy sauce mash, chilli powder, soy bean sauce and cooking wine in. After boiling, boil for 7 to 8 minutes. Finally, put oysters in and add aromatic vinegar.
