| Dr. indicates a person that suppose to have a high amount of knowledge in a particular field (specialized). Quack means a fake person, sleazy, a lot of babble, B.S., hot air(somewhat similar to a politician) So the two terms somewhat offset each other. It's just my way of saying that although I've made a comment it may be way "off the mark" or "being goofy" |

We may not always agree but we can atleast meet halway. (Race doesnt matter Though I am married already and he's guatemalan) and so am I .. He has to be Kind gentle caring Courageous Confident Reliable Responsible and so much more.. |
