anyoneknow cost of houses4sale Xian or cheaper,cooler outside Xian like Ankang in Mountains?

Well most of my title says it all. I am married to a Chinese woman from Xian but she has been in U.S. for the past 8 years and prices in Xian have risen considerably since she left. We are looking for a house, in Xian or surrounding area. Mountains to south is an area we are considering. Ankang for instance. Any info. would be greatly appreciated.
