| Hello Moderators, I've been trying to call TCG (800 806 5198) for about four hours. The automated response is "Try again later; goodbye.". Are you aware of a telephone outage? I am located in central US. Thank you. Zeph |

| Siva: As I have come from 'Business process improvement' work prioe to working in China, I hope you have recommended to your management that they get more lines and staff to answer them. This comment about being unable to get through on the '800 lines' has been made before, so I wonder how much business TCG is missing out on. No reply needed. |
