The apartments are fully equipped with everything you need, including that essential air conditioning unit! I have several in different locations around Beijing so let me know where you want to be or what you want to do while you're staying in Beijing and I'll let you know if I have something suitable! Also prices are dependant on length of rental, size (2, 3, 4, 6 people etc.) location, my rentals can be as short as you want from a mere couple of days onwards.
