I need help.

I'm doing business in Guangzhou,shenzhen,hong kong.I come to these cities every two month.I need a Chinese Staff who can speak English and lives in these areas(guangzhou or shenzhen), i prefer a girl staff.It will be a part time job.I have samples about different products.Job is just going to factories and check their products,if their products are similiar as our samples she will contact with me and we order goods by container.it's not a difficult job,it's like a part-time job and for a Chinese it's easy to deal with. I stay in Hong Kong so she has to have visa for coming to HK to meet me.

And how much salary i have to pay for this kind of work?
