The Haidian district is the academic/scientific/technological center of Beijing. The location is about a five minute drive to the Olympic Park for the 2008 Games. Our rental package is unique in its emphasis on personal service to make your trip a memorable one. We include in the rental the services of a guide& a driver who are fully bilingual in Chinese-English, and are on call daily to assist in making your trip comfortable, educational, and enjoyable.During your stay, we are able to pick you up at the Condo each day, drive you to destinations that are of interest to you, according to your planned itinerary, and return you to the Condo at the end of the day. This combination of residence, amenities, and personalized service are sure to provide the visitors to Beijing a relaxing stay and memorable experience. Beijing guide books and maps are available in the condo, and we will be happy to help you plan your itinerary should you wish. GUEST14860	Dear Monica, Do you still have a condo with a driver available. My family and I are planning to come to Beijing over the new year holiday. We have no definate dates yet but around the 23rd to 28th of January. How much would it be? Even if not possible over the new year holidays I would still like to know how much it would be and when it would be availible. Thank you, Regards, Heather
