| Do you ever cook beef with preserved plums? If not, just have a try. Here is the recipe. Materials: beef (264 grams), preserved plums (80 grams), red pepper, scallion and ginger. Marinade: 1 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine and 1 tablespoon starch. Seasonings: 1 bowl of edible oil, 1 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder, 1 table white vinegar, 2 tablespoons white sugar and 1/3 tablespoon sesame oil. Step 1 Soak preserved plums in boiled water for 30 minutes. Shred the scallion and mince the ginger. |

| Step 2 Slice the beef and add 1 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1 tablespoon starch and 1 tablespoon cooking wine. Finally, put shredded scallion and minced ginger and marinade for 30 minutes. |
