Egg custard with shrimps and vermicelli!

Materials: three eggs, 20 grams vermicelli and 30 grams dried small shrimps.

Seasonings: 1/2 tablespoon edible oil, 1 tablespoon seafood soybean sauce, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder.

Step 1 Soak vermicelli and dried small shrimps in clean water separately. Then cut vermicelli into pieces and squeeze dried small shrimps.

Step 2 Beat eggs in a bowl, add vermicelli and dried small shrimps in and add 1 bowl of water. Then stir the mixture very well.

Step 3 Add 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and then pour the mixture on a plate.

Step 4 Cover cling film on the plate and steam it for 10 minutes.

Step 5 Take away cling film, spread 1 tablespoon seafood soybean sauce and 1/2 tablespoon edible oil.
